Q&A: Searching for a 0.80 Ct. IF-VVS, H-I Diamond for a Platinum Solitaire Setting

Hello I thought I would send an email in the event that my search would be aided.

Budget of approximately $4000, platinum ring in a single diamond solitaire – from what I’ve seen online it’s ranging between $4500-$6000 with a weight of 0.80 carat and IF-VVS, H-I.

Any input is appreciated.

 Yes I’ve reconsidered clarity. Having reviewed the James Allen site, it really depends where the blemishes sit on the diamond. An s1 with whitish blemish and located on the edge would work.
