I am looking for at least a 2.05 carat weight stone and, after reading your website literature, am considering lowering my clarity minimum to SI1 in order to get something more in the budget range (around $16,000). About the I color recommendation, is it because of the setting style (i.e., halo with micropave down the sides)?
Also, assuming I found a 2.17 diamond identical to the one I asked you about but with an I color, what do you think would be a fair price or price range?

Recognizing the reality of the situation, the bottom line is that it has to be a minimum 2.01 carat round, excellent cut, with a setting style consisting of a halo and micropave down the sides. Any recommendations?
