It has been awhile since I researched the 4 C’s, but it was my understanding that cut was more important than color and clarity. I think that choosing a shape is up to your personal taste mainly. Both, round and oval shape, will look very nice and elegant in a halo setting.

As for the color, we recommend H+ color for a halo setting. An I or J color stone will look warm in comparison with the small stones. That’s why I wouldn’t recommend lower color than H.
