Hi – you guys had helped on in buying my first diamond a few years ago ( 2011 when it was still truthaboutdiamonds ) and now its time for an upgrade ! He was able to look at James Allen and find me a “True Hearts” Round 1.01 carat I color VS2 clarity diamond for around 6000. I am looking to go for a something around 2 carats. I believe i can exchange this diamond at james allen as long as i am buying something that is double in price.
So i would like some help in choosing a round diamond around 2 carat for my wife. My budget is 15000 but i can definitely a little up assuming its worth it. I really appreciate your help in advance.
I’d be happy to find an upgrade for you. When you say your budget is 15k, does that include the trade-in 6k or in addition?
With trade in. I am thinking 10k out of pocket maybe can go up by a few thousand.
