I am looking to spend around 7000 for the ring – Can you please help with the center and side diamond (at Blue Nile). She wants a princess cut.
I would like the center diamond to be .8 to 1 ct.

There’s no need to worry about I color. They are going to look colorless.
I like both the sets. The main difference is in the size of the two side stones in the first set (they are slightly bigger). But the second set is great as well. As you’re under time pressure, I’d stick with the second suggestion.
I noticed that many of the stones are not available at the moment. Did you put them on hold? Or did you manage to order?
