Q&A: Looking for an Oval-Shaped Diamond for a Blue Nile Heiress Halo Within a $15k-$17k Budget

We’re looking for an oval diamond 2-2.25 ct. to put inside a Blue Nile Studio Oval Cut Heiress Halo setting in platinum in the 15-17 range. I’m scared of a stone with the bow-tie effect and looking yellow as I’m fairly pale year round.
