I have been doing basic research for a few weeks now and after changing my mind between different settings and clarities many times so I have decided to ask the experts. My future fiance definitely wants an Oval diamond with a white gold setting, my budget is $4000. I would rather have a bigger stone than better clarity, here are a few stones that I found and thought looked good, is there anything I am missing on these that make them not a good value?
Any extra input you could provide or possible better values would be very helpful, this is an excellent service you all provide and I am extremely thankful for your help!
Neither of those diamonds are eye-clean. I would recommend this diamond for you:

What do you think?
I didn’t notice those spots on the stones or what you called “eye-clean”, even on the one you suggested there was a very slight almost line of spots. Are thes spots common? And will they be visible at all when placed in a setting?
The ones on the diamonds you selected are very visible. The ones on the one I selected are slight and won’t be noticeable. I guess photo interpretation takes some practice. Fortunately, you are talking to a person that probably looked at more James Allen photos than any other person alive (a little depressing when I say it that way).
