I am looking for a round diamond, probably to put in a skinny, pave style ring. I would like the whole ring to be around $5000, so about $3500/$4000 for the diamond.
I was looking on Blue Nile, but then I read your review on BN and now I’m having second thoughts.
Could you point me in the right direction? I live in Canada, so it would have to be shipped there (if that matters).

I think it looks great! At first I was looking for E-F colour and VVS1 type diamonds, because I thought those would be better and sparkle more. But after reading some stuff on your website, I guess those qualities aren’t as important as first thought.
I was hoping to get a diamond around .75 carats, so this at .8 seems great. I think I will take your advice and go with it.
