The issue with the stones you picked is their strong fluorescence. It can cause a hazy look. That’s why I don’t recommend purchasing either of them.

Also, culet should be none or pointed only. Very small will negatively influence the impression and light return.
And yes, you can go down to H color grade. H color stones will look colorless. And unless you’re extremely color sensitive, I wouldn’t go up.
