First, I would like to thank you for all the information that you provided on the website. It is very useful to narrow down my choices for a diamond for the engagement ring.
I selected a few diamonds and I would like to seek your opinion on these selections.
My criteria are radiant diamond, square shape, I color or above and SI1 clarity or above. See… I read and followed the guidance on the website. My budget is about 10k.

Could you please take a look and let me know what you think about these options?

Unfortunately, none of the three JA options are eye-clean. They all have very visible pitch black inclusions.
The G SI1 from Blue Nile is also not eye-clean and the I SI1 is a big nono due to the huge knot in the very center of the diamond.
I’m happy to recommend better options. Can you just tell me what style setting you want to use? I want to make sure I recommend the right color grades.

My complexion is actually not that fair (I’m Asian) so I find color I is acceptable as it gives a nice warm touch to the ring.

I’m actually in the process to schedule an appointment with JA to view those 3 diamonds, which you said are not eye clean. Do you think I should hold off on that and release the diamonds so that I don’t waste my one chance of viewing the diamonds?
