Budget is around 12K or less for diamond. Setting will be platinum. Most probably a halo pave setting. Looking for something around 1.5carat or so. Would like it to be eye clean for sure. Need help to get best bang for buck. Thanks.

I would like it to be GIA rated excellent in cut, polish, and symmetry. Of those would I really notice a size difference? Also, which would be more bright and shiny? I didnt see any other ones closer to 1.49 carats. If you can find another and think its a better deal, please let me know. Thanks for all your help.
