HI, I am currently on the search for a round cut centre stone for a three stone 14k white gold setting. I would like to find a diamond around the .7 ct or higher. The setting says the side stones are G average in colour so I was thinking I should get a G colour or higher for the centre stone. For me the most important part is getting a nice eye clean diamond that is hearts and arrows or excellent cut. I have been looking on and off for a few days and I feel overwhelmed with the huge number of loose diamonds so I wanted to ask you if you would recommend a few diamonds. Hope to hear from you soon and I really have enjoyed your site!
You can drop to H color without a problem with that setting.

I really like that first one. Its bright, eye-clean and a great value. What do you think?
Thanks for all the help. I just have one question about the first diamond you suggested. It has to do with the clarity, I have read that feathers can be bad for the structural integrity of your diamond but I don’t know anything about a feather finish. Does this just refer to feathers that reach the surface? Thanks.
The only times it matters is if they are open to the surface or on the corner of a princess cut. Otherwise the chances of chipping are miniscule.
