As for the titanium mountings, you will have to ask a jeweler. Not a lot of companies offer this option.
I haven’t recieved a reply to my first query but, no matter. I have a more specific request. Firstly, what might be the “prettiest” oval cut diamond I can purchase for around $2000?
Secondly, after I purchase a diamond, how do I ensure that the same diamond I gave to a jeweler for mounting is returned to me? A jeweler returned a lesser quality stone to me but, I couldn’t prove it. Is the cost of a lasered serial number etched on a diamond worth the cost for a $2000 diamond?
Thirdly, what should I expect to pay for a size 8, 14 carat ring with a titanium mount?

As for the laser inscription, if the diamond has it, you can check it after you get it back from the jeweler.
I have a budget of $2000 for an oval cut diamond. I am interested in quality over size.
I searched for H+ and eye-clean and minimal bow tie and these are the stones I found:
