Q&A: Looking for a 1.5 Ct. Emerald Cut Diamond for a White Gold Setting with Around $12k Budget

Howdy, I am looking for an emerald cut, 1.5 carat diamond, under $12k. It is going in a ring from “The Shane Company”, item number 41047538 (Vintage Baguette and Round Diamond Platinum Engagement Ring).

The ring isn’t ready, but I was hoping to have a diamond in a white gold “presentation” mounting, size 3.5 by the end of next week.

Thanks. I appreciate the help, and the “h” looks really nice. In fact, it looks nicer than the “g” – is the video of the “G” fuzzy or flawed? It really doesn’t look “better” to me.

I think thats mainly the photography. But I really don’t see a point in getting a G.
