Q&A: “I am over the moon with my purchase.”

My partner and I are interested in the following ring from James Allen – www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/G-SI1-Excellent-Cut-Round-Diamond-1503959.asp

As you can see it says SI1 but on the certificate it doesn’t really show any flaws except two small indented naturals seen from underneath. Why is it classed as SI1 for such small flaws or are they very visible? If so, could they be covered up by 4 prong ring setting?

Stay away from that diamond. When the certificate says ‘Clarity grade based on clouds not shown’ it means there is a large cloud that causes the diamond to be hazy. It saps all the brilliance out of it. That diamond is a poor choice at any price.

I would stay away from the smaller one as it has too much fluorescence for a G color. I like the 1.32 or this one:
