Thank you for all the help you site has provided me so far but i am having trouble making the final decision.
I am looking for about a 1.25 carat cushion cut diamond that will be set in a platinum baguette style setting. I would like to keep the cost to about 10,000 but could go a bit higher to get a great diamond.
From what i have read it seems i should be looking for a VS1 clarity, F color diamond. Is this correct?
I am a bit unclear on the ideal depth and table percentage.

If you are referring to things you’ve read on our site, you’re not quite right.. Our opinion is that you should stick with H+ color and SI2+ clarity for cushion cuts. Those diamonds you selected are good, but you’re paying extra for higher clarity and it’s not worth.

Thank you for that clarification, i must have mixed up which site said what. I have read so much buying advice and it doesn’t all agree.
That said, i have been having trouble finding diamonds in the sl1 and sl2 range that don’t have noticeable issues. I know i’m looking at them under significant magnification but i’m worried about the inclusions being to noticeable.
Could you please make some recommendations for cushion cut diamonds that you think would work well in this setting?
again my budget is about 10,000 and i was thinking a 1.25 to 1.5 carat.
What do you think of this one? I’m pretty sure the inclusion is not visible. You can have JA’s gemologist confirm.
