Hi. I am looking for a round diamond for under $2500. Will be set in a white gold halo setting engagement ring. Any help would be great.

I would suggest asking JA about the inclusion on the edge. Their gemologists can inspect it and tell you more.

I should have bought it the other day, but my mum was still trying to convince me to go to our local jewellery quarter. We went in the end, and as I thought, everything was a rip off!

I’m glad you’re sticking with buying a diamond online. It’s possible you can find a good value in a store (by good value, I mean not much more expensive than an online retailer), but as you found out, you are far more likely to fall into a sales trap.
