Q&A: Help Choosing an Eye-Clean 1 Ct. Heart-Shaped Diamond With Around $4,000 Budget

Dear Diamond Pro, I am looking for a heart shaped diamond to be put on a ring. I want something at least 1 carat, and my budget is around $4000. I found this diamond on jamesallen.com and would like to ask for your opinion. Please also let me know if you have other suggestions. I do not know much about diamond and would like to learn from you.
