I really need some help! I read your articles but there is so much regarding the shape and cut that I can’t pretend to understand.
I’m looking for a Princess cut in gold solitaire, hoping to be around 1.7 carat. Trying to keep total cost with the setting less than 10k.

Regarding the three diamonds, I wanted to make sure they’re all eye clean. Also I know the color is a little yellow but from what I read the gold setting will make it look white anyway. Is this correct? Also with a diamond around 1.6ct.? Everything I read only mentions up to 1ct.

They are eye-clean. There’s no reason for the diamonds to look yellow, H/I color is our usual recommendation for princess cuts and it always looks fantastic.
