Does this diamond appear hazy? It looks great to me, but I’m worried the strong fluorescence is the reason for the low bargain basement price. Thoughts?
I would not get that diamond. Fluorescence is a major concern. We also feel that spending money on an E color is a waste.

So, you are sacrificing on a major issue, in order to pay more for a characteristic that isn’t as important.
Appreciate it, I will get to see it in person later this week, but have gotten similar advice from others… So am very hesitant to move forward. My budget is ~10k for a round including a French band. Your advice would be to go H or G color with better clarity?
No, I wouldn’t recommend upping the clarity. Just get a larger diamond or save money.
Thanks, I opted for for lower color/clarity but eye clean, bigger stone and lower price. Diamond pros articles were a great resource.
