Hi, I would like some help in selecting a good quality engagement ring. I am looking for about 0.75Ct. As for the other criterion (cut, clarity, color) I’m not sure what to look for and this is where i need help. All i know is I want to spend between US$2000 to US$2500 and get something beautiful/excellent diamond.
I’d be happy to help. The only questions I can’t help you with are the shape of the diamond and the type of setting. Those are purely subjective. Let me know what you want and I will do the rest for you.

I think this is a beautiful pair for you. What do you think?
Sorry for my tardiness in responding.
I do think the stone is beautiful, however I was thinking a 0.75Ct. I’m not sure there is much difference with 0.70 and 0.75 but I had seen a 0.75 that seemed right. Please let me know.
They are pretty much identical. You don’t see weight, you see size.

If you look at the face of the diamond (the noticeable part), the difference is a whopping 1%. No one can ever see the difference. You end up paying 10% more for that.
