I am looking for an ideal cut round diamond. Hoping to have min 1.15, D color, VS1, no fluorescence for around 6000. I’d like to see what you can find and what your thoughts are.
Is there a reason for the high color? What style setting (solitaire, pave/side stones, halo) and metal (yellow gold, white gold, platinum) are you putting it in? We recommend going slightly lower to get better value. https://www.diamonds.pro/education/color/
Sorry, that was an error on my part. Looking for a G or better color. It will be placed in a setting that has graduated round diamonds in a H-I color.
Thanks!
If there is no halo in that setting, then I strongly recommend searching for I+ diamonds. There is no need to go any higher. You wouldn’t benefit from it.
I found this diamond that looks amazing and is right on your budget: Blue Nile LD08350172
Let me know what you think.
There is no halo, there are side stones which are supposedly G-H color. The center “stone” is supposed to be 1 ct.
Would you review this diamond for me?
Blue Nile LD08453444
Thanks!
I see now, thanks for the picture.
In that case, an I color diamond is perfect. The diamond you found is amazing. It’s a fantastic choice for the setting you chose. I couldn’t find anything better for that price. I’d go for it.
