Hi,
I’m looking to buy a platinum ring with an emerald centre and two tapered baguettes as side stones:

Having read your website I picked out this stone:

It seems by far the best value for money for the kind of size, and to me it appears pretty much eye-clean despite being SI1. However, I am somewhat concerned about the certificate coming from IGI. Would you see this as a problem (e.g. is colour H for IGI reliable enough to go with what JA describe as G/H side stones?) Is there anything else that’s wrong with this stone that I should be aware of? Could you suggest any other emeralds in the region of $6000 and 1.3 -1.5ct that would be good options?

All of those you found have great specs, but I’m not a big fan of the black windowing faceting on them. It’s pretty strong. I would still prefer those two I sent you earlier.
