Hello! First off, thank you for all of the wonderful education that you provide via this site! There is a lot to learn and having this resource is truly invaluable. I am in the market to purchase a loose diamond, which will likely be going into a 14k white gold split shank setting, with pave diamonds on each of the shanks (any thoughts on 14k white gold vs 18k or platinum? I have been told 14k will be best for this setting as the shanks are VERY thin and 14k white gold will be the best given its strength). I intend to spend approximately $7,000 on the stone itself. My search has led me to the stone linked below, but I did want your opinion. Thank you very much in advance!

I’ve actually now been looking into cushion cuts as well, as I’ve heard through the grapevine that’s what “she” likes (though this is not a necessity). Thanks again in advance for your help.
If thats what she likes, that what she gets 🙂
I like this diamond:
Its well cut, eye-clean and very bright. What do you think?
This looks great. Thank you!
Let me know how it looks when it arrives.
