We are looking for about 2 ct, square shape diamond (either princess, cushion, radiant, or emerald ) with either Solitare, Pave, or Halo setting. And also the ring needs to be well- matched my 1ct full eternity diamond ring.
As you recommend in this article (https://www.diamonds.pro/education/2-carat-diamond-ring//), my priority is 1.diamond cut 2. Clarity. I am not too sure if I am comfortable going down to “color I” tho.
The budget is 10k-12k for the diamond. We would be happy to stretch our budget a little bit more if it’s reasonable, but also we would love to go as low as possible if we don’t have to spend that much.

For DEFG diamonds you should get only none or faint fluorescence. Otherwise, you would risk the diamond having a hazy/milky look.
