Hi!
I would very much appreciate your recommendations for 3 rings at 3 different carat sizes: 1.50, 1.80 and 2.00 on James Allen. I am still undecided about the upper cost limit, but I would like them to be as cost effective as possible. I think my girlfriend would like a larger carat, but I am not certain whether a higher carat would be the most cost effective choice, especially if, for example, it might require a higher clarity to be eye clean.
Below I’ve listed the criteria for the ring. I’m looking for the most cost effective characteristics that are most cost affordable but sacrifice the least in terms of quality. I’ve also included my thoughts in each section so you can have an idea of what I’m looking for:
1. Setting: solitaire, platinum
2. Shape: round
3. Color: ?H and above
4. Clarity: S1 that is eye clean under inspection or greater. I wonder if you need a higher quality for larger carats?
5. Cut: ?usually ideal
James Allen has a 25% sale in the next three days. I would very much appreciate it if you could get back to us before then?
Thank you!!!
I was also wondering about ring sizes. Are these usually standard, regardless of where you go?
Thanks again!!!
You can go to I/J color when you’re putting it into a solitaire setting. It will still look amazing.
The clarity can be SI if it’s eye-clean, yes.
I found some options for you to look at:

Thanks for your quick reply!
I was wondering if you could also have a look at these diamonds and let me know your thoughts. Would you also comment on whether they are eye clean? I was also what is the reason for the difference in price compared to the ones you picked for 1.5k and 2k respectively.
Thanks again for your help!
The 1.50ct you found is stunning! We usually try to keep the depth below 62.6%, but 62.8% isn’t a big deal and the diamond is in fact cut beautifully. It will have a lot of fire and brilliance. Great choice! It is also eye-clean.
The two carat you found isn’t eye-clean.
Thanks for the feedback!
What about the following choice for a 2 carat diamond?

The feather around the culet will be a problem and will be visible through the stone.
Yesterday, when I was prepared to purchase the 1.5 carat diamond, it was unfortunately already sold! So I would appreciate your help to find a few options around 1.45 to 1.55 ct which are eye clean and beautifully cut to produce a lot of fire and brilliance.
Thanks again for your assistance!
The one I recommended before:

and the one below here are the best options:
