I’m looking for a diamond. My budget is ~$9-11k. I’m looking for 1.4carat, G and up, VS2 and up, none-faint fluorescence, excellent cut, round diamond on a Tiffany style setting with 6 prongs. Could you please help me out?
Thanks.
Have a look at this diamond:
Blue Nile LD09079827
It’s very well cut, eye-clean and with great overall specifications.
If you’re also willing to go slightly down with the color here’s a great option with the quality I’d recommend:
Blue Nile LD09037189
It’s going to look colorless.

What do you think?
Of these two, which would you prefer? Do you have recommendations?

I don’t see a reason for you to pay extra for the stone to be IF. That’s why I prefer the 1.50 carat.
I’ve been hearing that I need to consider table and depth percentage. What are the ideal percentages for those if I want a diamond that maximizes brilliance?
……
Also, how is this diamond?

I noticed that you contacted us with a new request. This 1.50 carat stone is stretching the clarity grade but I think it will be fine:

An H color stone is going to look colorless.
As for the cut, we filter depth up to 62.6% and table up to 59%.
The stone from Yadav is beautiful with great overall specifications.
At the same time, if you wish for an extraordinary brilliance then I suggest Brian Gavin Signature Hearts and Arrows. That’s exactly what they focus on and you can be sure that you’ll receive the best of diamonds. Not only do these conform to the strictest of cut parameters, but Brian himself selects them for optimal brilliance. Brian Gavin is known as one of the worlds experts when it comes to perfectly cut diamonds. If you want to spend extra on their cut, it’s a great way to go. Here’s a great option from their site:

Thanks to the extraordinary cut from BGD, there’s no need to worry about colorless effect of this stone.
Let me know what you decide.
