Thank you for such a great site, very descriptive and helpful. I’m looking to purchase a yellow diamond engagement ring for my lady. As confusing as white diamonds can be, there seems to be a lot of information about yellow diamonds that is misguided.
So, I’m looking for your help and expertise! Here are the characteristics I think (open for any suggestions) I’m looking for:
Fancy Yellow
Around 2.00 carats
At least SI1
Preferably GIA certified
Cushion or radiant modified brilliant
All in budget for ring and setting is $20,000 – $25,000 – looking forward to hearing from you!
I’d be happy to help. What type of setting do you want? This way I can account for it in the budget.
Great to hear from you. We would like a single halo of white diamonds, pave on top side of the band 18k white gold. Split or single shank band is fine.
I love this diamond for you:
The color is fantastic, the cut is perfect and its eye-clean. It leaves you plenty of room to get a beautiful setting and still come in on the bottom of your budget. What do you think?
Looks great! Thanks!
