Hello, thank you so much for all the information on the website. It has been invaluable in my search for the perfect engagement ring.
I am currently looking for a round cut diamond with a $10k budget. The setting will be a white gold solitaire. I would like the diamond to be as big as possible given the budget, but preferably 1.6-1.8 cts. I did a bit of research prior to sending this e-mail on JA, but the biggest I found was around the 1.5 ct mark with medium and strong fluorescence. I would like to go a little bit bigger, so if you have any more recommendations that would be great.
Thank you again for all your help!
Here are my recommendations:

What do you think of these?
Thanks for the reply. I like the 1st and 3rd recommendations. Quick question though – for a diamond color around J, would you not recommend a diamond with a medium to strong fluorescence? I only ask, because I thought that’s what I read on the site as it should help balance out some of the yellowness to make it look whiter?
If not, I’d be perfectly happy to go with either of the two above. Thanks a lot!
Looking for Medium/Strong fluorescence is a bit of a fools errand. Yes, its a nice bonus potentially lightening up the diamond half a shade in some lighting scenarios. But there is such a strong demand that they are priced out at a premium. I’d rather focus on a getting a well cut diamond (which matters more than the fluorescence).
Sounds great, thanks a lot!
