Q&A: Looking for a Pear Shaped Diamond for $4000-5000

I am looking at this engagement ring ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-CT-PEAR-SHAPE-SPLIT-SHANK-HALO-DIAMOND-ENGAGEMENT-RING-/180975447985#vi-content ) and was wondering what your opinions were for the price. My absolute max price would be around $6,000 for a ring but would like to spend more around $4000-5000. Do you think this is a good one for what I would be getting? She really likes pear shapes and likes this one ( http://www.jared.com/product1%7C10451%7C10001%7C-1%7C99064500699%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C%7C) but something about it turns me off. Which one would you suggest?
