With its large table and step cuts, the emerald cut diamond offers plenty of reflection. Inclusions can be more noticeable, so we recommend at least a VS2 clarity grade. The diamond cut quality is more difficult to evaluate, as the GIA doesn’t provide cut grades for Emerald cut diamonds.
